Printing quality inspection
Printing quality is one of the core functions of the print head. During the quality control process, all actual machines are inspected, that is, each print head is tested one by one. Including printing using standard test files to check printing quality, clarity, color accuracy, etc. By comparing the preset standards and specifications, you can confirm whether the printing quality of each print head meets the requirements.

Product appearance inspection
Performed by visual inspection with a microscope. In addition to printing quality, the appearance of the print head also requires quality control. Check the appearance of the print head to see if it is damaged, scratched, or otherwise undesirable. At the same time, check whether the connection interface of the print head is normal and not loose or damaged. Make sure there are no cosmetic problems with the print head during installation and use.

The serial number is archived and managed as a unique identifier
To trace and manage printheads, each printhead is assigned a unique serial number as an identification code. The quality control department establishes a corresponding filing management system to associate the serial number of each print head with relevant information (such as production batch, production date, etc.). This makes it easy to track the history of each print head, including quality inspection results, maintenance records, etc. During the quality control process, the identity and history of the printhead can be confirmed by checking the correctness and completeness of the serial number.
