On April 13, Codewel had the pleasure of welcoming one of our long-term customers for an important in-person visit. During the meeting, we introduced our company profile, business capabilities, and team structure in detail, helping the customer gain a deeper understanding of Codewel's professional service system and comprehensive support in the barcode printing industry.
This customer has worked with us for printheads in the past and has maintained a stable business relationship with Codewel over time. During this visit, in addition to discussing the existing printhead business, both sides also explored further cooperation opportunities in thermal transfer ribbons. The customer shared that the quality of their previous water-resistant ribbon supplier was not satisfactory, which created a strong need for a more reliable alternative. Based on product performance, market demand, and our supply advantages, the customer decided to expand the partnership with Codewel into ribbon orders as well.
After productive discussions, both sides successfully reached an agreement and signed a USD 100,000 order on site. A small cash deposit was also received, marking a new step forward in the cooperation between the two parties. This successful order not only reflects the customer's trust in Codewel's product quality and service, but also demonstrates the strong potential for further business growth in our consumables category.
After completing the business talks, we accompanied the customer to visit West Lake, one of China's most famous scenic landmarks. Surrounded by beautiful natural views and a peaceful atmosphere, we continued our conversation in a relaxed setting and shared a very pleasant time together. The visit strengthened mutual understanding and added warmth to an already successful business meeting.
