1. With a base coat on the front side of the base to ensure uniform ink color and complete transfer of ink color during printing.
2. Thin and strong polyester or other high density materials.
3. Wax or resin-based ink-colored layer.
4. Back coating with base to prevent static electricity, uniform heat and reduce friction to protect the print head.
5. The outer coating on the layer to protect the ink color and enhance the adhesion to the printed material during printing.
