TTO Printer
During the visit, the Russian team focused on the performance and suitability of TTO ribbons for their flexible packaging and labeling lines. Codewel demonstrated technical features including wax, wax-resin and resin ribbon grades, compatibility with various TTO printers, and recommended ribbon selection for different substrates and printing speeds. The customer also inspected sample print runs and tested ribbons on-site, confirming product reliability and print quality.
In addition to ribbon discussions, the delegation received a detailed presentation of Codewel's printhead business. Our team explained the technical and market differences between compatible (third-party) printheads and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) printheads - covering aspects such as cost-efficiency, yield, longevity, warranty considerations, and quality assurance processes. By combining real-world performance data and our quality-control practices, Codewel helped the customer understand how to balance price and performance for their operations.
