1. Ribbon wrinkling: Due to a problem with the tension control system during slitting, there will be no words printed on a small area of the ribbon. Because the melting temperature of the two layers of carbon ribbon is much higher than the temperature of one layer.
2. Carbon with pinholes (bubbles): Because the ink is not evenly applied, it will cause incomplete characters when printing.
3. Whether the paper core is running or not: it will cause the tape to break and the edges will not print.
Carbon ribbon quality problems
4. The tolerance of the inner diameter of the paper core is too large or too small: it will not fit into the printer or the shaft will not be able to get the carbon ribbon.
5. Carbon with blank: Because the light film is not processed well, it will cause blanks that are larger than the output.
6. When the ribbon is processed, the winding is too tight or loose, which makes it impossible to match the printer with the ribbon when it is running.
7. The temperature is too high during transportation, which will cause the ribbons to stick together.
