Our TTO Printer is intermittent and continuous all-in-one machine.

1. Intermittent printing mode

1) In intermittent printing mode, printing will be performed when the material is fixed.

2) The printing area in intermittent printing mode is 53*75mm or 32*75mm, and the printing speed is 50 to 600mm/s.

3) During the static period when the printing material is in a fixed state, printing can be performed just by moving the print head.

4) In the intermittent mode, the printer can print text, barcodes anywhere within the 53mm x 75mm or 32mm x 75mm printing area.

2. Continuous printing mode

1) The printing area of the printer in this mode is 53*300mm or 32mm*300mm, and the printing speed is 50 to 600mm/s.

2) When in continuous motion mode, first place the printhead in a fixed position and accelerate the ribbon to match the speed of liner.

3) Use an encoder to determine the speed of the printing material.

4) In the continuous mode, the printer can print text, barcodes anywhere within the 53mm x 300m or 32mm x 300m printing area.

5) Use the thermal transfer printhead and thermal transfer ribbon to print the information onto the liner near the roller
