The Datamax I-4208 203dpi printhead (PHD20-2181-01) is the standard-resolution replacement for the Datamax I-Class MK I family - I-4206, I-4208, I-4210 and I-4212. Rated at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) with a 4-inch-class ceramic heating element, it restores the fast, high-volume barcode and text output the I-Class is built for, at the resolution most logistics and inventory labels use.
PHD20-2181-01 is shared across all four I-Class MK I 203 dpi models, so a single SKU covers I-4206 / I-4208 / I-4210 / I-4212. It drops into the standard I-Class bay - no firmware change. We 100% test every head on a live printer before dispatch.
