The Zebra 170Xi3 / 170PAX4 printhead (Part No. G46500M family) drives one of the widest Thermal Transfer platforms in Zebra's industrial line, laying down label and pallet formats up to 168 mm wide. It restores the uniform density wide labels need to scan reliably at distance.
Because the wide element covers far more media, dot energy consistency matters more than on a 4-inch head. Each Codewel unit is 100% tested on a live printer so every element across the width is verified before dispatch - particularly important for PAX4 print-and-apply lines where a bad label stops the conveyor.
