Product Description
The Zebra ZE500-4 300dpi printhead (P1046696-016) is the high-resolution replacement for Zebra's ZE500 series print engines - the OEM modules that OEMs and integrators build into print-and-apply, labelling and inline systems. Rated at 300 dpi (12 dots/mm) over a 4-inch (104 mm) width, it restores the fine barcode, small-font and graphic output the ZE500 is engineered for.
The ZE500 is a print engine, not a box printer, so the head must seat precisely into the engine carriage (RH or LH). P1046696-016 drops in with no firmware change. We 100% test every head on a live ZE500 engine before dispatch.
