80% of the fault on the printer is caused by the print head. The following cases are not covered by the warranty. Please note:

1.For Each printhead from our factory, we provide 3 months warranty or 30KM warranty.

2.We could sign“Quality-Assurance Contract ”with each client, Customer returns because of defective products will be returned on collect express orcredited on our next order with you.

3.The Buyer will provide proof for demonstration and for reference to improve the products so that the Supplier can avoid relative mistakes in future orders.

   2. Orders are ensured to be processed timely after the payment verification.  

  3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

 4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

 5. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction! 

 6. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
