This is the 203 dpi thermal printhead for SATO CL4NX and CL4NX Plus industrial label printers, supplied as an original or compatible unit to fit the machine you already run. Before ordering, confirm three details against the printer you are servicing: the printer model (CL4NX / CL4NX Plus, 4-inch), the resolution (203 dpi / 8 dots/mm) and the part number of the head being replaced (reference R29797000).
