Blue Hot Ink Roll

Solid ink roll is the printer consumable material, the solid ink roll is matched with the ink roll code machine, used for plastic film paper materials and other surface printing production date, batch number and other signs.It has the advantages of easy to use, clear handwriting, not easy to fall off, fast drying, no solvent pollution, and many times of printing.

 

Common specifications are 36mm(cylinder diameter of ink roll)X 32mm(cylinder height of ink roll), 36mm X 16mm, 40mm X 40mm, 48mm X 60mm, and other product specifications can be provided according to customer requirements.

According to the different temperature, divided into low temperature, medium temperature, high temperature ink wheel, ink wheel printing temperature determines the substrate material, the main features are:

 

1. Low temperature series

 

Recommended printing temperature :100℃-140℃

 

It is suggested that the actual heating temperature of the equipment should not be less than 90℃ for the code printer with low heating temperature.

 

2. Medium temperature series

 

Recommended printing temperature :120℃-160℃

 

Good adhesion of printing and writing, good anti-friction and anti-scratch performance, can meet the requirements of high adhesion, the equipment temperature is not high customers;It is recommended that the actual heating temperature of the equipment should not be lower than 120℃.

 

3. High-temperature series

 

Excellent printing, adhesion, good rubbing resistance, anti-scratch performance, for high heating temperature typing machine;In order to make full use of the ink wheel, it is recommended that the actual heating temperature of the equipment is not less than 140℃.

 

Storage conditions: stored at room temperature, moisture-proof, pressure-proof, sunscreen, storage for one year.
