Resin Ribbon:

Black CW700 ribbons are a thermal transfer performance resin product that features our printhead protecting backcoat, and unique ink formulation for superior anti-static characteristics. They produce superior quality barcodes, text and images with excellent solvent, scratch and smearing resistance for a variety of applications.

CW700 provides consistent print quality and outstanding durability on synthetic material and high end applications that may require extreme temperature settings. It can even be printed on coated paper or semi-gloss paper.

Working principle:

Thermal Transfer Ribbon is basically a polyester film on which are coated different layers. Ink layer is transferred to the label thanks to the heat delivered by the thermal head of the thermal printer.
