The ribbon provides customers with a cheaper alternative to the Zebra wax ribbons that we already know (2100, 2300) while ensuring that they are still able to utilise the quality of a Zebra ribbon.

The new ribbons are suitable for the majority of general-purpose labelling such as shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, warehouse and distribution. Given that they are wax ribbons they are best used indoor with optimum temperature and no exposure to water or extreme lighting.

Working principle:

The print head change the digital signal to energy;

The energy is transferred to the ink layer, melt the ink layer.

The ink layer stick or transferred on the medias like paper/labels/plastic and so on to make image.
