"Power": The power control switch on the panel of the device, turn it to the right to turn it on.
"Start STSRT": automatic start button, after installing and adjusting the film tape, start this button.
"Stop STOP": Stop button, when started, press this button, the equipment will decelerate to a stop.
"LOW SPEED": Manual jog button, convenient to jog when pulling the film, press to run, release to stop.
"Main Speed VR": Adjust the running speed of the main motor and control the main motor inverter.
"ON/OFF": Take-up side operation switch, when pulled to the "ON" position, left and right side take-up operation.

Accident prevention
The mini slitting machine must abide by the following rules:
*Persons not related to the application of the machine are not allowed to participate in the operation and maintenance of this equipment.
*This mini slitting machine is not allowed to power off without any reason during operation. Sudden power off will cause accidents in personnel, electrical and machinery.
*Before starting the machine, make sure that all protective covers and equipment are intact and working properly.
*First make sure that no one is in the dangerous area of the machine, and then start the machine.
*It is absolutely forbidden to clean, repair or search for faults while the machine is in operation.
*Only when the machine is stopped and locked can the electrical box door be temporarily opened for maintenance and repairs. It should be closed immediately after the work is completed.
*Do not touch the unwinding, rewinding film, roller or cutter during rotation. *Technical work related to electrical and pneumatic must be handled by professional and technical personnel.
The main motor does not run after pressing start
Check whether the meter counter is reset, whether the main inverter alarms, reset the counter, turn off the main power supply and restart. Whether the main speed VR is at the minimum position.
After rewinding, the rewinding is too loose or too tight.
Adjust the data size of the unwinding magnetic powder "tension controller" (0.1~0.3)
The trimming motor does not work
Whether the "ON OFF" switch is in the "ON" position and whether the speed VR is in the proper position
Counter data does not increase
Check whether the counting photoelectric sensor position at the lower end of the spindle is too large.
