Surface material: 80 ± 2gsm high-quality copperplate paper
Our 80gsm face stock has excellent smoothness and opacity. The precise tolerance of ± 2g ensures consistency in thickness of each roll, prevents printer clogging, and ensures perfect alignment during high-speed printing.
Substrate: 60 ± 2gsm lightweight release liner
60gsm base paper (± 2g tolerance) provides an ideal balance: lightweight, maximizes roll capacity (more labels per roll=fewer replacements), but has sufficient hardness to prevent curling or tearing during application. Its precise caliper ensures that the label is clean and residue free every time it is peeled off.
